Your Week Ahead: There's nothing wrong with caring about the future. We are entitled to plan, to dream and to live in hope of better days to come. If this comforts us and enables us to find strength in trying circumstances, where can be the harm in it? Nowhere, other perhaps than in the danger of becoming over-anaesthetised. If all our thoughts are wrapped up in tomorrow, we may miss chances to improve our experience of today. Never mind what's going to happen one day, there's something happening this week that is good. Relax and appreciate it.
